Utilising our comprehensive global claims management platform, we operate a seamless transaction between our claim and recovery teams and across the globe.

On General Average (GA) cases, depending upon the circumstances and merits involved, we seek to resist any GA claim and resolve matters as expediently as possible. We charge on a contingency fee basis for any saving achieved against the GA demand.

This service has proved of considerable interest to a number of existing and new clients, resulting in the posting of GA and Salvage security on an increasing number of single and multi-interest casualties. Finally, for those matters which require litigation in London, Pequod can call upon a high level of legal expertise at extremely competitive rates.

With a combination of seafaring experience and in-house employment at P&I Clubs encompassing some 75 years, the team at Pequod have a detailed insight into all aspects of SOL, charterers’ liability and P&I defence work.
