We’re delighted to announce that we’re returning for our 5th Annual Oil Operations & Demurrage Conference which will take place on Thursday 7th – Friday 8th May 2026 at the Richmond Hill Hotel, London, with our traditional Welcome Drinks Reception on the evening of 6th May.
The conference has grown year-on-year, and in 2025 we were virtually at full capacity. For 2026, we would expect to sell out – both for the event and the accommodation. To avoid disappointment and to take advantage of the Early Bird discount book by Friday 27th February.

PAYMENT &
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Payment must be received in full 15 days after registration. All banks charges/fees are for the account of the
remitter. Cancellation or transfer requests must be made in writing (email, letter or fax) and reach PEQUOD
5 days before the course commencement date.
A full refund of the course registration fee less a £250 administration fee will then be given, No refund
applies for the hotel room booking cost as the discounted rate provided by the hotel is provided on a no
cancellation basis. Delegates who cancel less than 15 days before the course commencement date, or who
do not attend, are liable to pay the full course fee and no refunds will be granted. There will not be any
additional charges if a replacement
